Biographical Notes:

I have been serving privately as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Neutral Evaluator since 2000. I serve as a Mediator on the panel of the United States District Court, the District Court of Appeal (First Appellate District), and the following Superior Court Mediation panels: Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Solano County, San Francisco County, Yolo County. I also serve as an Arbitrator and Neutral Evaluator for many of the Superior Court panels listed above. I serve on the Kaiser Plan Neutral Arbitrator Panel. I am a Mediator for both the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) and the Alameda County Bar Association (ACBA) panels. I have mediated in excess of 1000 cases.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $300 per hour split among the parties

Payment: At or within 30 days of the ADR hearing

Cancellation Policy: None if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, else $600 fee.
